Things I've Learned, Part 1

So, Saturday night, I went out with some of the gang to Howl at the Moon. Fun night, although, I've learned a few lessons:

- Bottom shelf whiskey is nothing like top shelf whiskey. Don't get me wrong, I new this before. But, I did not realize the magnitude of bottom shelf whiskey. Now I do.

- Switching from whiskey to beer is never a good idea. Why I did this, I don't know. I'm a whiskey drinker....I'll take it over anything. But somehow, if you refer back to exhibit #1, you'll see that my judgement was impaired well before the alcohol ever entered my body.

- American whiskey to Mexican Cerveza.....not a smart move.

- Mexican Cerveza to Long Island Ice Teas.....still not a smart move.

- Sobering up when you have drank the variety that I did takes a LOT longer than you would expect.

- Suprisingly (or not so suprisingly), naseau comes on fast after you've stopped drinking exhibits #1 - 4. Also, suprisingly, I kept it down.

- The idea of continuing to drink about two hours after you have sobered up from the above drinks.....not so smart.

- Very suprisingly - NO HANGOVER!!!!
